Shuohui Expands Its Automated Poultry Equipment Production Line to Meet Global Demand

In January 2025, Shuohui Poultry Equipment officially announced the expansion of its automated production line to support the rapidly growing market demand from Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America. As the adoption of intensive poultry farming increases, more farms are shifting from manual operations to fully automated systems, resulting in significant growth in orders for layer cages, broiler cages, brooding cages, and auxiliary automation equipment.

The new production line includes upgraded wire-drawing machines, fully automated welding stations, precision galvanizing workshops, and advanced bending machinery imported from Europe. These upgrades not only boost production capacity but also significantly enhance product consistency, strength, and corrosion resistance—ensuring longer equipment lifespan and reduced maintenance effort for poultry farmers.

According to the production management team, the updated systems increase daily output by more than 60% while maintaining strict quality control standards. Every cage component undergoes multiple inspections, including tensile-strength testing, zinc-coating thickness measurement, anti-rust performance evaluation, and structural stability analysis.

This expansion follows the continuous rise in international demand, especially from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Egypt, Pakistan, and the Philippines. Farms in these regions are investing in modern solutions to reduce labor costs, stabilize production, and increase operational efficiency. Shuohui’s ability to tailor cage systems to different climates, building structures, and farm scales has positioned the company as a preferred supplier for many expanding poultry operations.

The company has also introduced a new “Farm Design + Equipment Integration Service,” which includes layout planning, ventilation solutions, feeding and watering lines, manure removal systems, and installation guidance. This full-service approach helps new investors optimize space, avoid common construction mistakes, and accelerate project completion.

The latest expansion marks a significant milestone in Shuohui’s commitment to becoming a global leader in poultry equipment manufacturing—delivering high-quality, durable, and efficient solutions for farms of all sizes.

Shuohui Launches New Anti-Rust Technology for Layer and Broiler Cages

In March 2025, Shuohui introduced its latest anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating technology designed specifically for poultry cages used in high-humidity, high-ammonia environments. Rust and corrosion are common challenges in poultry houses, especially in tropical and subtropical regions. Traditional cages often begin to deteriorate after long-term exposure to moisture and waste, reducing lifespan and increasing maintenance costs for farmers.

To address this, Shuohui’s engineering team spent more than two years developing an enhanced surface treatment formula. The new coating uses a high-zinc hot-dip galvanizing process combined with advanced ammonia-resistant polymer protection. Compared with traditional galvanizing, the upgraded surface treatment improves corrosion resistance by up to 300% and greatly reduces the risk of peeling, cracking, or weakening under harsh farm conditions.

Laboratory tests show that the new coating can withstand over 720 hours of continuous salt-spray corrosion testing—far exceeding industry standards. Field tests conducted in Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Indonesia confirmed that cage surfaces maintained more than 95% integrity after years of operation.

This breakthrough not only extends cage lifespan but also helps farmers reduce long-term equipment investment, lower maintenance frequency, and maintain a cleaner, safer poultry environment. The coating is environmentally friendly, free of heavy metals, and fully compliant with international safety standards.

Starting from mid-2025, Shuohui will apply this new coating technology to all layer cages, broiler cages, and brooding cages. Customers purchasing the next-generation systems will automatically benefit from extended durability and enhanced performance.

Shuohui Hosts Technical Training for Over 200 Poultry Farmers on Modern Cage Management

In April 2025, Shuohui successfully held a large-scale technical training conference at its headquarters, welcoming more than 200 poultry farmers, equipment distributors, and farm managers from Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The event focused on modern cage management, automated feeding strategies, and equipment maintenance techniques.

Shuohui’s engineering and R&D experts delivered in-depth demonstrations covering:

  • Best practices for brooding temperature control and ventilation

  • Scientific feed distribution using automated feeding machines

  • How to reduce feed waste and improve feed conversion ratio

  • Manure belt operation, cleaning procedures, and maintenance

  • Troubleshooting common issues in automated cage systems

  • Installation guidance and structural optimization

  • Airflow control for disease prevention

Attendees also toured the entire manufacturing process, observing wire-drawing operations, mesh welding, frame assembly, quality inspections, and packaging. Many visitors commented on Shuohui’s strong production capacity and rigorous quality standards.

During the event, case studies from successful farms in Nigeria and Egypt were presented, demonstrating how modern cage systems increased egg production rates, reduced labor costs, and improved overall farm profitability. Several participants signed cooperation agreements with Shuohui after the event.

Shuohui plans to continue offering training programs twice a year—both in-person and online—to support global farmers transitioning from traditional methods to highly efficient automated farming systems.
